Sittin on the dock o' the bay

There is a dam/spillover on one side of Warren Lake that's a short bikeride away. We headed over for more fishing last night and caught a few fish.

Jr. Bash prep work

Up early today to get the fishing poles ready. Today is the Jr. Bash, a Rotary sponsored event where underprivileged kids get to go out and fish for a day as rotarians (and their kids) help out. The kids went last year and enjoyed it.

Oh my!

Uniforms came today for Kate and Hannah... School starts in 1 month! (And no, I did not prompt this pose, believe it or not.)

Breakfast helper

Kate helped me make the pancake batter this morning.

Vet visit

Tyche does not like the vet visits... but one more in late Aug and she will be fully vaccinated.

Ice Skating

Elizabeth wanted to iceskate for her birthday so that is what we did yesterday morning. The kids all did great, in part, I think, due to so much practice on the rollerskates Grandma and Grandpa gave them two Christmases ago.
