Bon Voyage Lena

If I knew how to say that in German, I would. Lena stopped by for a quick goodbye on her way to the airport for her flight back to Germany.

Mysterious Camp Activities

So we have had no contact with Elizabeth since Sunday, only the photos posted by the camp. Today some pictures posted that included her. Apparently there was a sale on paint. Each group is marked by a color, and Elizabeth's is yellow. They sure seem to be on a mission. Looking fwd to finding out what it was all about. Additional mystery activity with blindfolds at the end. Picking up the tired camper tomorrow.

She doesn't know it yet, but she's waking up at 6:30 am Saturday to play a triple header 30 minutes away. Maybe I'll tell her that after we drive down the mountain...

The red group. They look loud.

Fun at camp

More fun and laughing with her friend Sophia.

Hiking at Camp W

First day for Eliz. In the group photo she is toward the back on the right.

On the way up to Camp Wojtyla

Just gorgeous terrain. 60  middle school girls. Counselors from all over the U.S. and three from ND.

Inside teepee

There are 10 cots inside, next to the tent of two young nuns from Ann Arbor, MI. Aaron says see? Something good CAN come out of Ann Arbor...

St. Tekawitha

Her group's saint for the week. 1st Native American to be sainted, from NY. Died at age 24. Means "bumps into things." Lol :)

Tee pee mate Sophia

Camp Wojtyla

Dropping off Elizabeth. See you Friday!
