Pretty Brilliant Wall-Raising

Elizabeth participated in a program called Pretty Brilliant for the last 12 weeks through CSU. She worked with CSU engineering students to create a lighting plan the rooms of a home that is being built for a single mom by Habitat for Humanity.  They were invited to come to the wall raising of the home this morning, despite the non stop rain we have been experiencing here. It is being built by an all-women crew.

Birthday breakfast with Grandma

...also featuring Paul's ax that he will use as a prop today as Paul Bunyan at the second grade wax museum (Grandpa helped him). We are taking Grandma out for dinner tonight to celebrate!
